Summer time

I love Sundays. Sunday is the best day for everything: a walk, shopping or dinner in the restaurant. After a crazy shopping on Saturday most of the people have a rest at home, in the countryside or just simply lie on the grass and enjoy Sunday sun. I have no idea who came up with an idea to link words 'sun' and 'day' together and create the name, which proves true in almost every case. In England Sundays are indeed sunny! Almost every week! This helps when it comes to plan the day beforehand. The plans always work out. Today's day I count as the best day of this week. As during the week I try to not eat food considered as 'calorific', the Sunday is the day when I allow myself to eat a bit more. ; ) What a shame this day is almost over...

Uwielbiam niedziele. Niedziela jest najodpowiedniejszym dniem na wszystko: spacer, zakupy czy obiad w restauracji. Po szalonych zakupach w sobotę, większość osób odpoczywa w domu, na wsi lub po prostu wyleguje się na trawie i cieszy niedzielnym słońcem. Nie mam pojęcia kto wymyślił, by dwa słowa 'sun' (słońce) i 'day' (dzień) połączyć ze sobą i stworzyć nazwę, która sprawdza się prawie w każdym przypadku. W Anglii niedziele są zawsze słoneczne! Prawie zawsze! Pomaga to w planowaniu dnia z wyprzedzeniem. Plany zawsze wypalają. Dzisiejszy dzień zaliczam jako najlepszy z całego tygodnia. Jako, że cały tydzień staram się nie jeść rzeczy, które uważamy za 'kaloryczne', niedziele jest dniem kiedy pozwalam sobie na trochę więcej. ; ) Jaka szkoda, że ten dzień już dobiega końca...

Me and my boyfriend were dreaming about sushi for the whole week! We promised ourselves that we're definitely going to eat some during the weekend... And we did! Jummy!
