Winter shades of grey: Esprit minimalist colarless coat, H&M cable knit jumper,Next suede knee boots

Recent weather isn't very pleasant for neither me nor people who hate being cold. However, we still have to leave our cosy bed/sofa and go to school/uni or work in my case. Therefore layering and wrapping myself up is essential to actually survive in these horrible weather conditions! Keep reading if you want to feel warm but yet fashionable and/or stylish.

The first and basic rule to stay warm in the cold weather is layering. Try to wear a as many as you can: starting of simple vest, then long sleeve top and finishing with jumper. Try to get rid of the last layer when you're sitting inside the building for longer period of time. This will prevent you from overheating but also you'll not get used to warm temperature, and when you put on your jumper again before leaving the building-you'll still feel warm.
The second rule (s) are jumpers. They're the best thing that someone has invented. They keep you feel cosy and warm during the autumn and winter period when it's freezing, snowing, raining outside, and many more! But you have to remember that your jumper needs to be made of natural materials like cotton or wool, because otherwise you'll only start to sweat and eventually feel unfresh and gross. So sweaters made of 100% acrylic are no good!
The third rule: keep yourself warm down there (ekhm) as well. Wear jeans or trousers made of thicker material. If you're a fan of skirts like me, then always wear thick tights (80den minimum) or put on two pairs of tights like I did!
The fourth rule is: wear boots, not shoes! If you don't like the feeling when you desparately feel like you need wee, but you go to the loo and nothing happens, then wear boots which will you your feet warm.
The fifth and my last rule: never forget about scarf and gloves. Scarves will only only keep your neck warm but when it's windy and snowing it can be worn on your head. Gloves are essential in the cold weather, as the skin on your hands is the most sensitive and needs to be protected.
