Travelling to Nottingham once again.

Nottingham's architecture, like in other cities, towns and villages in England, is a combination of old and modern buildings, that creates a specific and unique atmosphere once you enter the city.

My partner and I enjoy visiting Nottingham. This beautiful city, known throughout the world for the famous legend of Robin Hood, has an impressive centre that is usually defined as the Old Market Square, where you can find Council House and Exchange Arcade on the ground floor with numerous quirky shops and boutiques. Another area worth visiting is the Lace Market, a historic quarter-mile square area. It adjoins Hockley Village, and both areas now accommodate a variety of bars, restaurants, shops and various other businesses offering services ranging from shoe repair shops to spiritual and crystals boutiques.  The baroque style Council House, Gothic Revival St Barnabas' Roman Catholic Cathedral, medieval Nottingham Castle, Victorian style Arkwright Building and modern university and office buildings, it all contributes to the rich city fabric and makes me want to go back there again and again.
