Quick & healthy lunch, after workout meal: Avocado toast with tomato and peppers + green tea



This is my all time favourite healthy and nutricious lunch perfect after workout or when you need to prepare something really quickly.


So simple and quick to prepare: just grab one (or more) slice of brown bread (preferably rye and whole wheat bread) and toast it so it's warm and crispy.

Then slice an avocado (or a half, depending on your preferences) and put on your hot toast. Cut some tomato slices and place on top of your avocado. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste. You can add some pepper slices and chives as well.

Simple and delicious! Yum!
