Avocado's glorious benefits: avocado toast (option with an egg)

I enjoy a good, delicious and healthy food. Particularly after a workout, I'm always looking to eat something that both tastes good and is quick in preparation. If you're still looking for your perfect, simple after-workout meal, then let me tell you: you've just found it!

Our lives get busier and busier these days. Having to fulfil all the duties and responsibilities and often only given a limited time to complete all required tasks, we lack time every day. Sadly, we tend to ignore one of the most important aspects of our lives - food. But knowing that what we eat has a huge influence on our health, body and mind, makes the right meal choices particularly important. The food we have determines how productive we are at work, therefore, in order to stay focused and full off energy, make it the priority of your day.

One of the best and nutritious products is avocado. Its advantages are countless. One of them is that it helps to lower cholesterol, which helps to keep the right level of blood pressure. It also prevents heart disease and a stroke. Another benefit, particularly important for women, is that avocado is a fantastic source of vitamin E, which is good for skin, hair and nails.

In order to create a nutritious, full of healthy fats and vitamins meal, you just have to grab a ready-to-eat avocado, optionally fry or boil an egg and make a toast from your favourite bread. I would recommend a whole wheat loaf simply because it contains vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, protein and fibre that white bread is lacking. Once your toast is ready, simply slice your avocado, put on your toast along with the egg on top. Add some salt and pepper, slices of tomato or some peppers, and your healthy and simple meal is finally ready!
